Product Introduction
1. Detailed descriptions of a convection oven with a steam system. Large glass windows and lights in the chamber provide a good baking view.
2. There are hot-air outlets on both the left &right sides near the door. Users could choose to open or close the outlets base on their baking needs.
3. The clear height between trays could be adjustable.
4. Especially designed steam generator to avoid steam explosion.
5. Unique round exhaust design to reduce the oven air pressure and to lead out waste air. This design has two functions-avoid any explosion caused by high pressure in the mean time it could ensure against loss of heat.
6. There is an air blower located at the back side of the oven. This blower works as a heat radiator to protect electric spare parts from overheating. 7. Automatic water in-charge & discharge system.
