No Display In The Thermostat
1, Check whether the power supply has power output. If not, replace the power supply.
2, Check whether the power cord is in good condition, If not, change the power cord.
3, Check whether the main switch is normal. If not, change the main switch.
4, Check whether the thermostat is in good running. If not, need to change the thermostat.
Cannot Get Cool
1, Check whether the thermostat is out-of-order. If yes, need to replace the thermostat.
2, Check whether the condenser or evaporator fan is out-of-order. If yes, need to replace the condenser or the evaporator fan.
3, Check the refrigeration system if there is a leakage of refrigerant. If yes, need to find the leaking point and weld it, and fill the refrigerant following the equipment requirement.
4, Check whether the compressor is working normally. If not, need to replace the compressor.
Poor Cooling Effect
1, The air ventilation around the refrigerator is poor. There should be more than 30cm on top of the upright models, and more than 30cm space in front of the control panel of the undercounter models.
2, The environment temperature and humidity is high. The refrigerator is suitable in ambient temperature with 43 degrees, humidity 80% below. If higher than this standard, please adjust the ambient temperature and humidity.
3, There is improper use. There are items inside the refrigerator that blocks the air inlet and outlet. Please arrange the internal items, and ensure that there is more than 10cm in front of the air inlet and outlet.
4. The dust net is dirty and not cleaned in time. Recommend to clean the net at least 1 time a month.
5, Door doesn’t close tightly, and there is ice jam in the evaporator. Make sure the door is closed well, and process the manual defrost.
6, Door seal is aging, and there is ice jam in the evaporator. Need to replace the door seal, and process the manual defrost.
7, Opening and closing of the door frequently, and there is ice jam in the evaporator. Reduce opening and closing door, and process the manual defrost.
8, Check whether the condenser and evaporator fan whether is out-of-order. If yes, need to replace the condenser or evaporator fan.
9, Check the refrigeration system if there is a leakage of refrigerant. If yes, need to find the leaking point and weld it, and fill the refrigerant following the equipment requirement.
Big Noise
1, The ground is not even, and the angle is too big. Adjust the bottom angle and feet length, so that the refrigerator is in horizontal position.
2, Fan noise is big. Check whether there is stuff interrupting the fan blade, then clean away the interrupt stuff. Check if the fan is loose, then fixed the fan tight. Check if the fan is failure, then replace the fan.
3, Compressor noise is big. Clean the dust net firstly, if no improvement, then need to replace the compressor.
The Compressor Does Not Work
1, Check if the voltage works normal and stable, and meet the equipment requirements.
2, Check whether the temperature controller is out-of-order, if yes, replace the temperature controller.
3, Check the overheat protector, whether there is overheating protection. If not, need to replace the compressor.
4, Check whether the compressor is failure. If yes, need to replace the compressor.
