Commercial kitchen equipment acceptance process and standards

The acceptance method is as follows: (1) After the goods arrive at the site, the supplier shall unpack the goods in person in the presence of the buyer's personnel, jointly inspect and test the appearance, and make unpacking records, which shall be signed and confirmed by both parties. (2) The supplier shall ensure that the goods arrive at the buyer's location intact. If there is any missing or damaged, the supplier shall be responsible for replacement, repair or compensation. (3) The supplier shall provide factory inspection report, certificate of conformity, packing list, and product manual (imported products shall provide Chinese and English translations). (4) After the goods and equipment arrive at the buyer's location, the supplier shall send professional personnel to the site to complete the installation of the products until they are accepted. The acceptance conditions are as follows: a. The technical parameters of the goods are consistent with the purchase contract, and the performance indicators meet the specified standards. b. The technical data, packing list, certificates and other information of the goods and equipment are complete. Problems encountered during the use of the goods have been resolved and can continue to be used normally. Delivery and acceptance shall be completed within the specified time and confirmed by the buyer. (4) If the goods provided by the supplier do not meet the requirements specified in the inquiry documents and cause losses to the buyer, the supplier shall bear all responsibilities and compensate for the losses caused thereby. (5) The packaging materials of the goods belong to the buyer. (6) The supplier shall deliver the equipment according to the purchase contract. After the installation is completed, the buyer shall issue a project acceptance report and detailed list. The supplier shall issue an invoice based on the acceptance report and detailed list issued by the buyer. (7) If the buyer requires the manufacturer to confirm the equipment (including quality, technical parameters, etc.) delivered by the supplier, the manufacturer shall cooperate and issue written opinions.
