In this video, we invited the head chef of SG Bistro to talk about his understanding of his kitchen. The bistro originated in Paris and today this type of restaurant is favored by many food lovers. SG Bistro, a French bistro located in Panyu, Guangzhou, China, needed a fully functional kitchen to support its fusion of French and local flavors. From the semi-open kitchen to the salad and baking areas, to the drying and cooling zones, and more, it needs quality commercial kitchen equipment to help it.
