SHINELONG is honored to be the first enterprise visited by RISE Akademia’s global F&B delegation, a business academy in Malaysia that provides professional training to nationwide F&B operators. On September 22, more than 140 F&B business representatives from Malaysia came to SHINELONG to attend an engaging foodservice industry exchange. As a leading force in China’s commercial kitchen sector, SHINELONG shared the functions of intelligent commercial kitchen equipment and its vision for interactive culinary experiences, showcasing how food brings people together and how innovative solutions come alive.

With the concept of “one-stop commercial kitchen solution,” Jean, the founder of SHINELONG, shared his in-depth insights into the food and beverage service industry and the future of the catering business. He noted that providing detailed CAD drawings or even high-quality products is not enough when your aim is to deliver an outstanding kitchen solution. The most significant part is cultivating strong interaction with clients and understanding their real needs. Jean further highlighted that creating immersive experience spaces will define the next stage of the foodservice industry.

In the second half of the event, Jean and the professional SHINELONG team guided attendees through the interactive kitchen showroom—from advanced commercial kitchen appliances to aesthetic open-layout designs. The journey included our innovative experience center, the Furnotel Luxury Series showroom, and the mobile food court. This exclusive kitchen experience demonstrated the comprehensive process of turning kitchen drawings into reality.
