This past Saturday, Shinelong hosted an exciting internal cooking class for its employees, centered around the preparation of Xinjiang Big Plate Chicken, a popular dish from China's Xinjiang region. The class was designed not only to introduce participants to the rich flavors of this well-loved dish but also to provide hands-on experience with the company's kitchen equipment, deepening their understanding of the tools and environment in which many of our products are utilized.

Led by a seasoned chef, the class guided attendees through each step of creating the dish, from preparing the ingredients to perfecting the cooking techniques. Employees had the opportunity to directly operate the kitchen equipment directly, giving them a firsthand look at its performance, ease of use, and maintenance.
