Grand Hantha International Hospital is one of the largest private hospital in all of Myanmar, is also Myanmar’s first international institution for the integration of advanced healthcare programs lead by highly skilled medical staff and cutting-edge technologies and facilities.
Conveniently located in one of the most populated areas in Yangon in Kamayut Township, the Grand Hantha Hospital is easily accessible.
Shinelong was responsible for the whole kitchen project and completed installation in April 2017. September 2016, Shinelong engineering team arrived at the Grand Hantha hospital and started field measuring when the building was still under construction. Through rounds of discussions and analyses, project team finally confirmed the kitchen layout and equipment.
February 2017, equipment was delivered to the hospital, and some necessary discussing was given for achieving higher efficiency of installation. Equipment was moved into the kitchen area and installation began. Main kitchen, dining area, bar counter, open kitchen, all parts were completed the kitchen equipment installation smoothly. Grand Hantha International Hospital opened in May 2017.

At Shinelong, we strive to help the hospital to provide better food service. We help the hospital to build a better kitchen with well-planned layout, efficient circulation flow and the right equipment. The kitchen mostly use standard commercial equipment, but also equipped with some special food service designated for preparing large capacity nutritious meal. Like tilting braising pan, boiling pan, convection oven, combi steamer, etc.
