During the site visits, the team observed that several operators were facing recurring equipment problems primarily due to insufficient daily cleaning and lack of regular maintenance awareness. Upon inspection, SHINELONG technicians carried out a full assessment of each kitchen's operating condition, identified damaged components, and helped clients source the required spare parts. The team also provided detailed guidance on equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting, enabling operators to reduce downtime and maintain stable kitchen operations.

A key highlight of the trip was a visit to a central kitchen specializing in hamburger production. SHINELONG's consulting manager and kitchen designer conducted an on-site evaluation of the facility's workflow, production capacity, equipment configuration and space utilization. In response to the client's request to increase output without expanding the kitchen footprint, the team proposed practical recommendations, including workflow optimization, adding a back-of-house storage zone, and considering the adoption of smart commercial kitchen equipment such as walk-in cold rooms, dough dividers and rounders, and commercial proofers. The client expressed strong appreciation for the team's professional insight and patient guidance.
