Scheme Design and Quotation (Steps 2-3): Based on your information, our design team will draw a preliminary layout plan, and the sales team will synchronously prepare a detailed equipment configuration list and budget quotation. We will have multiple in-depth communications with you and modify it repeatedly until the scheme perfectly meets your expectations.
Contract Signing and Advance Payment (Step 4): After the scheme and price are confirmed to be correct, both parties sign a formal procurement contract. You pay a certain proportion of advance payment as project start-up funds.
Deepening Design and Production Stocking (Steps 5-7): After receiving the advance payment, we immediately launch the deepening design (issuing MEP water and electricity drawings). At the same time, the factory starts the production of customized items, and the purchasing department locks in the inventory of standard items. The project manager will formulate a detailed schedule for you.
Pre-shipment Inspection and Final Payment (Step 8): After all equipment is ready, we conduct a strict internal quality inspection and invite you for video inspection or third-party inspection. After the inspection is passed, you pay the remaining balance.
Global Logistics and Delivery (Step 9): After receiving the final payment, our logistics team immediately arranges ocean or air booking and customs clearance to safely send the equipment to your destination port or project site.
Installation Commissioning and Training Delivery (Step 10): After the equipment arrives at the site, depending on your choice, our team of engineers goes to the site or guides the installation and commissioning remotely and conducts staff training. At this point, a perfect "kitchen key" is officially delivered to your hands!
