Steamer Usage and Maintenance Guide: Daily Maintenance Tips

1. Before use, check the water tank of the steam cabinet to ensure that there is enough water in the water tank to avoid dry burning due to water supply failure. 2. Check the water supply valve of the steam cabinet at all times and try to keep it open. At the same time, press the float frequently to observe whether the tap water pressure and flow are normal and unobstructed. 3. When the steam basin is not in use, keep it clean and dry as much as possible. If the steam cabinet is not used for a long time, the power should be turned off and scrubbed clean. 4. The steam storage tank is equipped with a gravity or pressure relief valve, which is an excessive steam and exhaust channel. Remember not to increase the pressure or block it arbitrarily, and it should be allowed to exhaust freely. If there is a blockage, you must wait for the dirt on the pressure relief valve to be cleared, and the recovery valve body can be used flexibly up and down. 5. After the work is completed every day, the waste water in the inner tank should be discharged from the drain valve at the bottom of the steam cabinet, and the inside of the steam cabinet should be cleaned. The price of commercial kitchen equipment is generally more expensive than that of household kitchen utensils, so whether you use a steam cabinet or other commercial kitchen equipment, you must check it regularly and clean it frequently. Don't neglect to check because of small problems and cause big losses.
