The transmission ratio of the ventilation equipment should be appropriately reduced under the necessary conditions. The rotation noise of the ventilation equipment is proportional to the 10th power of the fan impeller speed, and the eddy current noise is proportional to the 6th power (or 5th power) of the fan impeller speed. Therefore, reducing the transmission ratio can reduce noise. The noise level at the inlet and outlet of the ventilation equipment increases with the increase of ventilation pressure. Therefore, when designing the ventilation system, the pressure impact of the system should be minimized. When the total output and pressure impact of the ventilation system are large, it can be divided into small systems. The working position of the ventilation machine should be close to the highest efficiency. The higher the efficiency of the ventilation machine of the same specification, the lower the noise. In order to keep the operating working state point of the ventilation machine in the high efficiency zone of the ventilation machine, the shut-off valve should be used as much as possible to adjust the working state. If a shut-off valve must be installed at the pressure inlet of the ventilation machine, its installation position is 1m away from the inlet of the ventilation machine. It can reduce the noise below 2000Hz. The airflow at the inlet of the ventilation machine should be kept average. Pay attention to the transmission mode of the ventilation machine and the motor. The ventilation machine with direct drive has low noise, the one with coupling is second, and the one with V-belt drive without interface is slightly weaker. The ventilation machine should be able to use a low-noise motor. The water discharge of the airflow in the pipeline should not be too high to avoid causing reshaping noise. The water discharge of the airflow in the pipeline should be selected according to the relevant divisions according to different requirements.
